Through multiple online and offline venues, buyers and sellers from across the country ask us for local real estate agents who know the areas they are selling in or moving to. After screening each potential lead, we refer them to someone in our agent network to help them succeed.

To qualify as a buyer or seller referral, each referral must express their intent to buy or sell within 180 days.

There are no upfront or monthly costs to receive qualified referrals.

 Agents pay nothing until the transaction closes, at which time there is a 20-25% referral fee.

This referral model eliminates the risk of paying administration or start-up costs before receiving a single lead.
