FC Goa, the finalists of ISL 2018-19 defeated Hero I-League Champions 2018-19 Chennai City with a convincing scoreline of 3-0. A brace from Ferran Corominas (26′[P] & 35′) and a second- half goal from Brandon Fernandes (69′) sent Goa to the finals of this tournament.

Chennaiyin FC vs ATK

Chennaiyin FC progressed into the finals with a clinical 2-0 victory over their arch-rivals ATK in a match that was played at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar. After a goalless first half, CK Vineeth (50′) scored with a header to give Chennaiyin the lead. Anirudh Thapa (58′) doubled their lead and the final score remained 2-0.
