Chennayin FC vs Mumbai City FC

Chennayin FC reserved their places in the quarterfinals of the Hero Super Cup 2019 with a convincing 2-0 victory over Mumbai City. The game which took place at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar saw C.K Vineeth (42′) opening the scoring for Chennayin with a splendid long-term range curler and within a minute , Jeje Lalpekhlua (43′) doubled the lead. The final score remained 2-0.

Indian Arrows vs FC Goa

FC Goa clinched a convincing 3-0 victory over Indian Arrows to book their places in the Quarterfinals. Ferran Corominas (18′), Hugo Boumous (60′) and an own goal from Arrows’ Deepak Tangri (81′) saw Goa score three goals past the Indian Arrows.

FC Pune City vs Chennai City FC

Chennai City, the I-League Champions progressed into the quarterfinals of the Super Cup 2019 with 10-men, defeating Pune City with a scoreline of 4-2 at the Kalinga Stadium. This epic encounter saw Pedro Manzi (35′, 40′, 62′) score his fifth hat-trick of this season.

Chennai City were ahead with a scoreline of 2-1 at the end of the first half, with two goals from Manzi. Marcelinho (43′) was the goalscorer for Pune City. In the early stages of the second half, Charles Lourdusamy conceded his second yellow card and was given the marching orders after conceding a penalty, through which Marko Stankovic (57′[P]) equalized for Pune. Within a few minutes, Chennai were awarded a penalty, which was converted by Pedro Manzi as he completed his hat-trick. A fourth goal from Sandro Rodriguez (75′) sealed the victory for Chennai.

ATK vs Real Kashmir FC

Two late goals from  ATK helped them beat a resilient Real Kashmir side 3-1 in a Pre-Quarter finals match played at the Kalinga Stadium. Balwant Singh (25′) opened the scoring for ATK before Mason Robertson (31′) equalized for Kashmir within minutes. After the first half remained 1-1, Manuel Lanzarote (79′) restored the lead for ATK at the dying stages and after four minutes, substitute Everton Santos (83′) killed the game by scoring the third.

ATK are scheduled to face Delhi Dynamos FC for their quarterfinals clash.
